This was a repeat of my 2018 thru-hike and a perfect introduction to long-distance hut-to-hut treking for my partner. The trail was much as I had remembered and we even stayed at most of the same places, however this time it only took 11 days, instead of 12, as we travelled 117 miles around the Mont Blanc massif.
