The GR 20Corsica, France — 2023

Considered to be the most difficult of all trails in Europe, the GR 20 is a footpath that traverses the Mediterranean island of Corsica, France from north to south along its spiny mountainous backbone, and it took 13 days to complete it.
Known locally as Fra Li Monti (Corsican for 'across the mountains'), it covers a distance of 131 miles. Between the northern starting point at Calenzana and the end at Conca in the south, there are hidden mountain lakes, expansive sea views, rugged and rocky cliffs, and remarkable panoramas.
